DG Jeff's theme is about how together we achieve good things AND it's also about seeing how all our world is connected: humans, trees, animals, the environment, everything

When we collaborate and honor each other's strengths and differences, we all benefit.

All the keynote speakers' messages will reflect this theme in their own unique way.

ENJOY MORE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE CONFERENCE.

Here are some highlights:

Do you love whisky or beer? Enjoy whisky from 6 Scottish regions or a brew created especially for the conference. It will be historic! The tastings, led by our knowledgeable Rotarians, Carl and Tom, will be fun and educational, AND you’ll go home with commemorative glasses.

Are you competitive and love sports? Go head-to-head with your fellow Rotarians in the world's most creative (and silly) Highland Games ever. Maybe YOU will be your clan’s representative in the finals. Fun for all! Find out who will take home the bragging rights.

Do you want to enjoy the opportunity to sit and relax with coffee and old friends or new? It IS called The Gathering for a reason. Check out the Gathering Room and the House of Friendship.

Play golf? Sign up for a 4 person scramble with lunch included at Genoa Lakes. It will be a morning of fun and fellowship! (Golf was invented in Scotland, you know)

Love the outdoors? The perfect solution is to join in our interpretive walk/tree planting at Van Sickle State Park. You'll receive a T-Shirt and wrist band with proceeds going to the Sugar Pine Foundation and PolioPlus.

There is WAY more – something for everyone!

What would District Conference
be without
STELLAR BREAKOUT SESSIONS?

Be sure to catch these sessions on Saturday after breakfast:

  • Speech Contest - The contest features 9-12th grade students who won their local area contest. The winner will share his/her winning speech at lunch on Saturday.
  • Music Contest - Another annual favorite where students who won their local area contest with an individual musical instrument compete. The winner will play at dinner on Saturday night.
