Youth Services Speech & Music Contest for Area 3

The Foundation Committee is responsible for organizing and coordinating the annual Area 3 Rotary Speech and Music Contest. The committee works with local schools, students, judges, and participating Rotary clubs to promote the contest and manage all event logistics. The program encourages youth to develop public speaking, musical talent, leadership skills, self-confidence, and community involvement while showcasing Rotary values. Goals: Organize and host the annual Area 3 Contest. Encourage participation from local students. Coordinate judges, volunteers, and event logistics. Recognize and reward student achievement.
