Welcome to the Far West Fest 2026 Registration Page

Five districts: Five times the fun! Join districts 5130, 5170, 5190, 5220, and 5230 for a multi-district conference at the beautiful Grand Sierra Resort in Reno. Celebrate all that we've accomplished during the 2025-26 year at this family friendly event. In addition to world renowned keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and Rotary fellowship opportunities, Grand Sierra Resort offers activities for the whole family!

SCHEDULE & HIGHLIGHTS

Expect lots of activities at the Far West Fest! From entertaining keynote speakers and enlightening breakout sessions to an engaging house of friendship and plenty of opportunities to meet new friends from all five districts. We will be adding details as we get closer to the event.

Friday, May 1, 2026
  • 2:00 PM – Registration Opens
  • 5:00 PM – Poolside Welcome Reception and Conference Kick-Off
  • Dinner on own at Grand Sierra Resort
  • 8:00 PM – Showtime Grand Sierra - Tickets/Pricing TBD - Note: This is not an event organized by the District Conference Committee. Please check the information boards at the hotel to see if there is a show that you would like to see.)
  • 9:00 PM – Strike Out Polio Bowling

Short Ribs - Guajillo Chili Braised Short Ribs with Whipped Potatoes, Grilled Squash
Salmon - Crusted Salmon with Citrus Blanc Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Baby Carrots 
Vegetarian - Eggplant Rollatini in Red Sauce with Sauteed Vegetables 
 
Salad - Mixed Greens, Market Vegetables, Pickled Onions, Shaved Parmesan, Champagne Vinaigrette - Gluten Free

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.

The conference committee has obtained special pricing for rooms at the Grand Sierra Resort. You MUST use the respective registration link for your district to book a room. Registration links for your district are located on the right side of this page under the "LINKS" tab.

 
NOTE: Calling the Grand Sierra directly to reserve a room will result in you paying more for your room than what was negotiated for the conference. DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO BOOK A ROOM! Thank you for your understanding.
